Operational judgment for evidence, drills and controlled AI requests. Choose the product perimeter before entering a case. The two packages share a technical export discipline, but remain autonomous products with different operational and documentation scopes.

ScopeUse the Italy / Switzerland product for the Italian-language package focused on Italian and Swiss contexts. Use the Europe / Switzerland product for the English-language package focused on EU/EEA and cross-border European contexts, including Switzerland when relevant.
The choice is about perimeter and working language, not about priority. Each product opens in its own directory and can be used offline after extracting the full selector bundle, including the small shared common directory.
